The mood was festive~ or rather, everyone wanted to drown out the misery from the Accounting final exam! At 11am! |
Yes, you read that caption correctly! This was the scene outside Bo Finn at 11am~ everyone from our intake rushed over to Bo Finn to grab a morning beer right after the Accounting Exam. In a way, it was a stress reliever for a very difficult test (sure, you might think you did well... but that's until other people start saying what you didn't take into consideration when formulating your answers). And of course, for most, it marked the end of the first term (20% done through the MBA~ yeah)!

KS tries to make a quick swap! lol |
Bo Finn's staff must've been taken by surprise. Clearly, it took forever to get a drink there. And it wasn't just beers flowing at 11am... it included Jager shots, vodka limes, champagne and a whole lot of other stuff! I was personally expecting people to drink-like-no-tomorrow coz of the exam. But not entirely... people were there to chill (myself included)!
The photos below don't do any justice... coz the place was just swarming with people from IE!

PEACE~ according to Svenja! |

The Italians are coming!!! (I really loved that TV commercial you posted Stefano!) |

Ulrich chilling with Nat, Hadi and Branimir! |
I lost count how many beers I had... but it cool nonetheless. It felt as if a huge load was taken away from our shoulders. I remained in the place til 1pm~ til I was convinced by my Indian classmates to join them for an Indian lunch over at
Sagar. Considering that this time, 7 of them were Indian, I couldn't miss the opportunity once more (c'mon~ they'll know exactly what to order... how can you go wrong?). Zsofia and myself were the only non-Indians in the group (and yes, Nalin too~ technically). It was a majorly satisfying lunch. After all that naan and butter chicken, I was ready to go to bed.
Others, I heard went over to Retiro park for a picnic at 430pm. Others will be heading over to BOTW (Bar of the Week) over at Santiago Bernabeu stadium tonight. For me... I dunno yet. I still lack some rest from last night's study onslaught (so if I'm going, I might write about it). And tomorrow... well, it's D-Day for the skydiving gig. I'm still mentally wrapping my head around it.
Anyway, Term 1 over~ yay!
