Project: Filipino Food

I had a wonderful kitchen back in Singapore. My place was likewise conveniently located an elevator away from the supermarket (yes, I lived right above a shopping mall before). And so, I cooked a lot.

These days, I've been wanting to make something again. My next goal is Filipino cuisine.. while I've successfully managed to make the Filipino version of paella before and that I used to sell crispy adobo flakes as a business in my undergraduate years, I wanted to see whether I could manage to make Filipino food visually appealing.

First task to overcome is getting a decent pot... which I've miserably failed in finding these past 2 weeks. I'm determined to find one this week~ as I've set a deadline for myself and likewise invited a few people to sample Philippine food (and so, I've now forced to find that pot or less I end up rescinding on my invitation)!

Anyway, below are some photos of the food I've made before. It looks really nice because I had a wonderful camera and a wide white window sill located right beside an expansive window that let in a lot of natural light. Can I guarantee the next set of photos will look as nice... I dunnoooooooo....
